Early Bird Discount

Camp Gladeview offers an Early Bird tuition rate of $275 per week for families who commit early. Camp Gladeview JR. offers an Early Bird tuition rate of $225.00 per week for families who commit early.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Early Bird applies only when a family pre-pays a minimum of four (4) weeks of camp tuition.

  • Payment must be charged during the Early Bird window: February 2 through March 2.

  • Weeks paid outside the Early Bird window will be billed at the regular rate $300 per week for Camp Gladeview, $250 per week for Camp Gladeview JR. Please note: weekly charges include hot lunch, all activities, classes and field trip activities. It does NOT include extended care services.

The Summer Camp is open to students in K2–8th Grade, with age-appropriate activities for each group.

The summer camp activities include, but are not limited to: science class, art class, sports, culinary arts, music, all in-house activities, in-house field trips for preschool, and weekly field trips for grades K through 8th. 

Camp runs from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Drop-off begins at 8:45 am through 9:00 am.  Pick-up will take place from 3:00 to 3:15

To register for camp, please click on the links provided above. The Camp Gladeview link is for students entering Kindergarten – Middle School next school year. The Camp Gladeview JR. link is for students entering K2 through K4 next school year.

Yes! There is morning care from 7:00 am – 8:45 am, and After Care from 3:15 – 6:00 pm. Extended Care services are NOT included in the weekly camp fee. Those needing morning care will pay an additional $25.00 a week. Those needing only aftercare will pay $25.00 additional a week. Those needing both will pay $50.00 per week. Please note: There will only be weekly rates (no daily rates.)

Your weekly payment includes all camp activities between the hours of 9:00 am – 3:00 pm, classes, field trips, events,  and the hot lunch program.
If my child does not want to participate in the hot lunch program, can he/she bring lunch from home? If so, will I receive a discount?
Campers who do NOT wish to participate in the hot lunch program may bring their own lunch from home. Please note: our Summer Camp is a Nut Aware campus (no peanut butter, Nutella, etc.) The lunch program is created as a bulk cost program, and thus no discounts will be issued/given to campers not wishing to participate.
The camper’s registration fee will cover the camp shirt, camp bag and activity materials.
The only items not included in your registration or weekly fees are: 1. movie snack packs, which will be sold to students in advance as a pre-sale before our movie field trips, as concessions will not be open to the public at that time. 2. Build a Bear activity: a vendor will bring Build-a-Bear to our school, and campers interested can have the entire experience in-house, available to all campers (this is an optional activity) 3. Spa Day: Campers wishing to participate in our Spa Day can purchase a spa day ticket (this is an optional activity)  4. Additional camp shirts 5. Before and/or Aftercare services.
No. Campers who do not wish to participate in a field trip activity will not be able to attend camp on that day, as all staff and teachers in those grade levels will also be off campus on the field trip for safety purposes.
Yes! Chaperone forms will be issued every week for those interested in joining us. Chaperone fees will fluctuate depending on the venue costs and will average $20 to $25 per person. Will include admission and transportation. Please note, chaperone spaces will be limited and will be issued on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Students attending Camp Gladeview/Camp Gladeview JR. must wear their camp shirt daily except for dress-up Fridays. Campers not wearing their shirt on a regularly scheduled day will be issued a camp shirt, and the camper’s account will be billed for said item.
ALL Campers must wear appropriate swim attire on water play days 
 Girls: 1-piece bathing suits with shorts or Tankini. Boys: Bathing suit bottoms and t-shirt or rash-guard to avoid scrapes/sun burns.
To promote positive social interaction, active engagement, and camper safety, cell phone use is not permitted during camp hours. Campers are encouraged to fully participate in activities, connect with peers, and enjoy the camp experience without distractions.If a camper needs to contact a parent or guardian during the day, camp staff will assist as needed. Parents may always reach the Camp Office for urgent matters.
